Product questions and feedback
Tell us what you were trying to plan and where the workflow became unclear. A page URL and the selected city or country help us understand the context. For account questions, use the email address associated with your account, but never send a password or verification code.
Bug reports
Include the affected page, browser and device, the steps that reproduce the issue, and what you expected to see. For a forecast problem, include the forecast date and hour, time zone and selected drone. If you attach an image, remove account details or private location information you do not want to share.
Airspace, weather and editorial corrections
Identify the value, map feature or passage that appears incorrect. Include a link to the current official source where possible and explain the discrepancy. An airspace screenshot alone may not show a zone’s height or activation time, so include those details if they are relevant. Flyable cannot issue a flight authorisation or amend an official aviation record.
Partnerships and commercial enquiries
Describe your organisation, the proposed collaboration and a useful contact address. For data partnerships, tell us the geographic coverage, update process and licensing terms. Please keep the initial message free of confidential credentials or private customer data.
